I bring the mindset of an Ironman triathlete into every class because I know what it is like to dig deep, push past limits, and keep showing up when it is hard. These sessions are not just workouts; they are training for real life. You will build strength, mobility, and mental resilience through a blend of dynamic flow, functional strength work, and grounding breathwork. Whether you are chasing a race finish line, rebuilding after injury, navigating loss, or simply wanting to feel stronger in your own skin, you will find a space here where effort is celebrated, not compared.
We meet in a renovated garage, not a polished studio, because transformation does not need perfect conditions, just commitment, sweat, and heart. With energizing music, a supportive atmosphere, and a certified coach (Yoga Sculpt, CrossFit) who has completed over one hundred races, Muir Rock Fitness & Yoga will help you leave every class more capable physically and mentally than when you walked in.

Yoga Sculpt & Flow
A fast-paced, yoga/HIIT style workout that blends strength, sweat, and mobility into one powerful session. We’ll flow through yoga-inspired sequences to build heat and balance, then transition into dynamic, athletic movements that fire up your core, legs, and upper body with every round.
Expect a mix of balance, agility, and endurance training that challenges both body and mind. We’ll close class on the mat in surrender: stretching, grounding, and leaving you restored. Perfect for athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone ready to move better, feel stronger, and walk out unstoppable.
